How do, Folks?
Here's how things stand now: nicksfault.com has been completely re-vamped. There's no news, no promises that won't be kept - It's merely my online portfolio, for the showing-off of work and the like. From this point onwards, all text based news, thoughts and the occasional drawing will be broadcast from this little blog of mine.
Since we've been apart for some time, I'll fill you in on where I am. I'm in a relationship with a beautiful and remarkably patient person, which is great for me and I'm sure affects you in absolutely no way. I'm working on building up a portfolio through a series of collaborations with my good friend Tom Hornby, who is also one of the members of the band that's formed in the last year.
This last weekend, me and Tom produced a video, to work on top of the 2D visuals we've been developing.
I'm also researching the next stage of my life; I plan on moving away from Dunstable to pursue a cocktail of work, independence and a house that isn't on a busy high street. I'll keep you posted on the search, there...
Sitting and investing a few minutes in typing reminds me of my GCSE years - I spent a whole lot of time on an "MSN Space", and I realise now how good that was for my writing and communicating skills. I don't imagine for a second that this little endeavour will garner quite as much interest as that did, but it keeps me optimistic about its uses, both personally and professionally.
All that remains for me to say is hello, I hope you're well and I'll see you soon.
